Massi/sour chicken🍗

Hey guys 

Today i thought i should teach you an easy chicken recipe which is perfect for the holidays.Do tell me what you think about it.


What you will need 

whole Chicken 

1chopped onion

3chopped tomatoes

4tablespoons of cooking oil/olive oil

1 1/2 tablespoon curry powder

1tablespoon paprika

What to do

Fry onion until its golden brown,then you add your tomatoes.

Let it simmer for about seven minutes then add curry powder and stir.

Add paprika and stir again and add two cups of mass/sour milk.

Then add chicken.Simmer till your chicken is cooked.

Then serve with rice, and steamed vegetables like i did here.

Orange loaf🍊🍞

Hey spicy people

Guess what i do not only cook but i also bake hey. I love baking though i do not get enough time to bake or i just hate washing the baking trays (those will give you a run for your life lol). I hope you guys love my orange loaf ..

you will need

70g caster sugar

100g flour

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

70g margarine 

70g plain yoghurt 

1 egg

A bit of cold water

Pinch of salt 

Grated zest of  1 orange 

What to do 

* Preheat oven  190degrees celsius

*Grease and line a small loaf tin with a strip of greaseproof paper.

* Cream margarine and sugar,add orange zest and mix in well.

*Sieve the flour and baking powder together twice.

*Lightly beat egg and creamed mixture.

*Add flour a little at a time and keep mixture to a light dropping consistency by adding cold water alternately with flour

Quick tip:do not add flour and water at the same time or you will get pockets of dry flour in your cakes and you do not want that

*Place mixture into the prepared tin 

*Bake for 45 to 60 minutes until the loaf has risen very well and lightly browned and firm to the funger test or test with a warmed skewer and

remember to enjoy with a cup of tea or coffee..

How to pack for swimming/beach👙👓

A towel,swimshort /suit are not the only things you need for swimming.#they is more to swimming than just those,lucky you am going to be briefing you the essentials you need for swimming.


First of all you need a good looking bag to pack all the things you are going to need.Make sure that the bag you choose is big enough to fit all your swimming essentials.For me style is key so i choose this studed backpack which always makes me feel like i have made it in life lol(i still have a long way to go kkkk).


For the swimwear make sure you are comfortable with the bikini or swimshort you choose,do not be afraid of wearing bold prints as they will make you stand out from the rest.Gone are those days when plus sized people used to be afraid to wear bikinies or swimming suit but now with the influence of people like Thickleeyonce they are comfortable in their own skin.Even i as skinny as i am have managed to go topless.


Its one of the most important thing  not to forget as it protects your skin from sunburns,overexposure to the sun is a serious health threat.I use Avon sunscreen  SPF 30 it absorbs quickly and leaves my skin feeling soft and smooth.I usually apply it 15 minutes before sun exposure.


A towel is a must have for drying off after swimming,go for a bold print to  bring more fun and style.As for me i used a plain colour just to be simple.


You would not dare go for swimming without them.I would advice you not to take your expensive pair as they can get ruined or get lost,opte for your afforadable pair but keep in mind they must be stylish and nice to protect your eyes.

Slides/Flip flops 

You will be the one to decide what you fancy as for me i like slides as they are just cool for the summer plus they are trendy.Having slides or flip flops will help you walk from the changing rooms to the pool and if you just don’t like walking barefoot like Mwah!


When you taking a break you can bring a book or something to read while you sip a cocktail or have a snack on the side.

Other things to pack for swimming or the beach are toiletries,hair com for cleaning up after swimming and that’s how you pack for swimming.

Pack you bag and go for a swim and enjoy life because it too short,make this a summer to remember and make memories while you at it hey ..till next time stay blessed …

Must haves for summer🌴🌼🍹

Hello people Spring is in the air!do you have an idea about what you should be wearing this spring summer?Fear not i got you covered with my must haves for this summer.I have put foward a small list of my summer faves….


Sunglasses are an essential during summer time as they protect your eyes from the naked sun.I always make sure that i purchase sunnies that look good on me and most importantly the right shape for my face.I love these Dior glasses because they go well with most of my outfits at the same time they are fashionable and trendy.

The Printed shirt 

The printed shirt is one of the biggest trend which am loving at the moment it just had to be on the list(come on).Whether male or female the printed shirt is a must have,what i love about it you can wear it with jeans and sneakers,heels and for a more sophisticated look you can wear it with formal pants,panama hat and brogoues/vans.I bought mine at Mr price last year when i visted in S.A.


My current fave slides slides are from Riri ohh thank you for bringing back slides.The reason why i like slides is because they are comffy and posh.The other nice thing about slides is that they come in different designs and material. I like to wear mine with black chinos,velvet tee,glasses and am good to go.

EditFanny pack

The fanny pack is a great accessory to your boring casual outfits plus you can put a few things like your phone,money etc and look fashionable.Its just a must have for this summer even Kim kadashian west has been spotted wear a fanny pack,you can put it across on your shoulders or just around your waist.


Vans i know most of you will agree with me on this one.They are those shoes that never goes out of fashion they  come in different colours and prints.

There are some other must haves like the rock band tshirt,ripped jean,shorts,maxi dresses,demi jackets with a street style look, bralet,caps,sandals,vests,dramatic off shoulder tops,slip dresses,gladiators,gingham,tassel earings the list goes on and on.

As i always tell people have fun with fashion and be bold,try out new things YOLO but make sure you do not look like a christmas tree,wear colours that compliment each other.Remember to keep your outfits simple but not boring.

Summer is one of the most fun season,Make this summer one to remember!!!

Pan- fried pork chops and sweet potato chips🍟

 Hey folks 

I have been know to like to experimenting with food ever since i was young but well am pretty surprised why i had never made chips from sweet potatoes if only i had known ealier but now i know.Am all about trying new things.

This meal is cool for when you invite the girls or the boys over for lunch they will love you more for this meal,just add a salad of your choice to make it more classy.

What you will need 

 pork chops

Salt and freshly ground pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoon lemon juice

Savory Sauce

3 teaspoon butter

2 garlic cloves(crushed)

1 chilli chopped(optional)

Sweet Potato chips

6 sweet potatoes rinsed well

2 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper 

 boiled Green peas(to garnish)

What i did

savory butter:Heat the indgredients togethere in a small pot,fry until the garlic just begins to brown.Set aside.

Pork chops:Season the chops on both sides with salt and pepper.Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the chops in batches until golden brown and done.When almost done drizzle a little lemon juice over each chop and fry for a few seconds longer.

 Sweet potato chips:Dry the sweet potatoes and cut into wedges.If they are too long cut in half before slicing.Boil the sweet potatoes in water until cooked all the way through not mushy breaking in your hands.Boil the potatoes for six minutes.Then heat olive oil and fry five minutes on each side until golden brown.

Last but not least boil green peas in water with a pinch of salt and pepper for three minutes.Then garnish your chips and pork chops.

They say an apple a day keeps the doc away.What about a glass of wine?There’s a few pleasures in life that compare to relaxing with a glass of wine after a day’s hard work,but remember no under eighteen..

You will be shocked about what wine can do for you even i myself am still stunned.Pour yourself a glass of wine and your body will  appreciate you more and more!!!Here are the benefits of wine

You now want a glass? i bet you do

Its always a hustle for me to pick a wine and pair it with the right meal,but now i know better because i asked my chef friend and this is what he told me:

Merlot-pair it with red meat,braised dishes and potatoes.

Sherry-pair it with chocolate,desserts and walnuts

Chardonnay-pair it with salmon,fish dishes,and pasta salad 

Malbec-pair it with lamb,stew,ribs,chicken drumsticks

Moscato-pair with spicy food,fruity desserts and curries

Champagne-it goes with everything that is why a lot of people love it a big fan too

Pinot Grigio-pair it with white meat,salad and mushrooms

Do you have a wine you like for a special night?Wine is the new medicine in town and am sure most of you will agree with me after reading this post.A week a person should have at least five glasses of wine keep in mind its still alcohol and if taken excessively if may lead to bad behavior and remember… its truly a miracle drink.

Meatballs and pasta 🍝🍷

Hey peps! are you having a good week?

Oh my word this dish gave me life guess what it is!!!Yeah you guessed it right your usual pasta and meatballs with a unique bust of flavour…my mouths watering as im writing this post hahahaha…let me take you to Italy…


1/2 cup grated onion


2 garlic cloves,minced

100g ground beef mince/pork 

1 cup sliced white sandwich bread,torn into pieces (crust removed)

1/4 finely chopped parsley 

1/4 grated chesse of your choice 

3/4 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 tablespoon olive oil 

1/4 black pepper 

1/4 white pepper


820g Canned chopped tomatoes

1 beef stock in 500ml boiling water

50ml sugar

onion minced 

Garlic minced 

Salt and pepper

Mixed salad

1/2 chopped lettuce

1chopped tomatoe

1 chopped into strips onion

1/2 chopped into strips green pepper

1/2 chopped Chillie

1/2 chopped into halves Cucumber

  1. Meatballs:Place the bread and onion in a large bowl.Mix to combine so the onion juice soaks the bread.Add all of the remaining meatball ingredients excpet the olive oil,use your hands to mix well.
  2. Measure out a heaped tablespoon and roll lighty to form a ball.Repeat with remaining mixture.
  3. Heat 1 1/2 tablespoon olive oil in a large pan over medium high heat.Add all the meatballs and brown all over about 5 minutes.Shake the pan gently to roll the meatballs around rather than using a spoon they hold their shape better.
  4. When they are browned but not cooked through carefull transfer the meatballs onto a plate.
  5. sauce :Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil,add onion and garlic saute for 3 minutes until translucent.
  6. Add all the remaining sauce indgredients and simmer for 20 minutes,for a spicy sauce add 3ml cayenne pepper.
  7. Pasta:Cook pasta according to pack instructions.Drain pasta and toss togethere with the meatballs and sauce.
  8. Green salad:Add lettuce,tomatoe,onion,green pepper,chillie and cucumber.Toss until combined and drizzle with salad dressing of your choice(i used yoghurt and herb dressing).

And we are ready to serve!Top with sauce and seek in some chesse if you are feeling indulgent.Am sure you guys will love it love it like my family.We all loved this meal with the salad on the side …. and yummieee

Hey guys…

Last week Saturday me and my sister treated yourselves to a lovely yummy lunch at FoodLovers Market,this was a good chance for me to wear my outfit which i had been wanting to wear for a very long time.
Wearing this Adidas tracksuit is my favourite thing to wear these days its comfortable,fashionable and very trendy at the moment,it works with  literally everything.I decided to pair the track suit with a pink t-shirt tucked in to give my look that retro vibe.For a bit of zing i added a pink cap and colourless round glasses..Thats the way i love my athlesuire clean and smart …

For our lunch i had quater chicken,fries ,greek salad i wanted to eat something with meat and fries because they are a staple for me,as for my sister she had feta,butternut, chicken salad you know how girls are like they do not want to eat a lot unlike us boys.


 I must say Foodlovers Market Bulawayo restaurant’s food is tasty  and the beauty of the water that surround it is on fleek ,plus you can do your shopping after you have finished having your lunch.I would rate Food lovers restaurant 7/10 if you have time do go and check it out with your friends or family for lunch if you a food lover kkkk lol.

Potato fritters ☕🍳

Hey spicy people i hope everyone is good and having a productive week.

I have never been this excited about making breakfast ever since i traded pan cakes for these so yummy potato fritters(out with the pan cakes in with the potato fritters) ooh am in love.They are so nutrious and easy to whip..The best part is they are inexpensive as the ingredients are things you already have in your home.
Potato Fritters

What you will need 

1 large potato

I tablespoon finely chopped onion

1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper

A bit of fresh pepper

1 rounded tablespoon flour

1 level teaspoon baking powder

1/2 egg well beaten 

Oil for shallow frying 

For the herby yogurt dip

200 g plain/ Greek yogurt

Salt and pepper

A bit of fresh lemon juice

2 tablespoons of chopped chives

2 tablespoon chopped parsley 

2 tablespoon coriander

What i did

I peeled and grated a potato on a coarse grater and i got 1 cupful of grated potatoes.I then mixed together with seasoning(salt and pepper),finely chopped onion and half egg in a bowl.

 I sieved flour and baking powder togethere and added to the potato mixture.

I dropped a leveled tablespoon of  the mixture into hot fat or oil and fried until my fritters were golden brown on both sides.Then i drained on crumbled paper and for my herby yoghurt dip i mixed all my ingredients together.I served them with yoghurt dip which was easy pizzie to make,scrambled eggs and a cup of good coffee/tea..

Now thats a breakfast fit for someone to conquer the world and work on building their dreams!!!
